Your data

FocusSphere does not require an account. Your session history and settings stay on your device unless you choose to export them.

Permissions

Post notifications: Used for session status and completion alerts.
Do Not Disturb access: Used only when you choose Deep Zen sessions.

FocusSphere is a general wellness and productivity tool. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a replacement for professional care.

App availability

We do our best to keep the app working smoothly, but behavior can vary depending on your device, Android version, and system settings. We may update the app over time to improve it.
